The cast of Tyler Perry's newly anticipated show Sistas gathered for a special Q&A at BETX during BET Awards Weekend. DeVon Franklin, who also stars in the series as Pastor Jeff and husband to LeToya Luckett’s character Rasheda, led the evening’s conversation

Porsha Coleman (Dad Stop Embarrassing Me), Khadeen Ellis, wife of Sistas and Zatima star Devale Ellis, Jennifer Sears (Madea’s Family Reunion ), and Briana Price (The Holiday Stocking ) complete the circle of leading women. The series follows their sisterhood and the ways they show up for one another through divorce, marriage, dating, and healing, even as their friendships, loyalty, and bonds are tested.

Opposite the women are RonReaco Lee (Sister, Sister and Survivor’s Remorse) as William, Robert Christopher Riley (Hit the Floor ) as Javon, Donovan Christie Jr. (A Fall from Grace ) as Franklin, and Michael Bolwaire (All the Queen’s Men ) as Hakeem.

The evening offered an intimate look at what viewers can anticipate from the series, along with moments of laughter, reflection, and honesty. Each of the women shared pieces of themselves, their journeys, and the experiences that led them to their roles in Divorced Sistas.

Tyler Perry’s Divorced Sistas premiered on Monday, June 9, 2025, with a special sneak peek on BET, followed by its streaming debut on BET+ the next day, Tuesday, June 10.
