Nia Long Has Another Reunion Coming: Confirmed for "Are We There Yet" Franchise

  The actress is reuniting with Ice Cube for the third installment of the Are We There Yet? franchise. Nia Long is going back to a role she first played more than 20 years ago. The actress will reprise her role as Suzanne Kingston in Are They Gone Yet? , the third film in the Are We There Yet? franchise, reuniting with Ice Cube, who will return as Nick Persons. The film is currently in development at Skydance Sports. Long and Ice Cube first appeared together in the 2005 comedy Are We There Yet? , which followed Nick as he tried to win over Suzanne while taking her two children, Lindsey and Kevin, on a cross-country road trip. The pair returned for Are We Done Yet? in 2007, with Nick and Suzanne now married and building a home together. Nearly 20 years later, Suzanne and Nick are entering another chapter. Tamera Mowry-Housley Lights Up Hallmark With Holiday Joy and Black Girl Magic

Tamera Mowry-Housley is making a list and she’s checking it twice. One half of Sister, Sister is leading two new projects on Hallmark.

To kick things off is the series premiere of Baked With Love: Holiday, which premiered on October 27. Mowry-Housley serves as host alongside judges Chef Anna Haugh and Vaughn Vreeland, bringing a warm, joyful spirit to the kitchen.

Adam Kade (B.J. Britt) is the straight-laced face of the local news who finds his world shifting when he meets Robbie (Elijah-Justus Lewis), a 10-year-old fan with a simple wish — for Adam to start reporting on the good happening in the world too. As Adam takes the message to heart, he crosses paths with Lucy (Tamera Mowry-Housley), Robbie’s hardworking single mother who is doing her best to keep everything together.

Between newsroom deadlines and heartfelt moments, Adam begins to see life differently. His focus turns from chasing promotions to shining light on stories that bring people together. Along the way, love quietly finds its place between him and Lucy, reminding them both that the season’s true meaning is about connection, kindness, and community.
